mCam703

mCam703 is a high-performance camera module which is based on OV9734 that developed by OmniVision Technologies, a leading company in advanced digital imaging solutions. With its compact design and robust features, mCam703 is engineered to cater to applications requiring high-quality imaging in space-constrained environments.

Key Specifications

Frame Rate: Capable of streaming video at 30 frames per second (fps) at full resolution.

Resolution: 1-megapixel sensor with a native resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, suitable for HD video capture.

Pixel Size: 1.4 µm x 1.4 µm, utilizing OmniVision’s PureCel® technology for enhanced light sensitivity and low-light performance.

Optical Format: 1/9 inch, making it ideal for integration into small form-factor devices.


mCamA10

mCamA10 is based on OCHSA10 which is an advanced CameraCubeChip™ module developed by OmniVision, designed primarily for medical applications such as endoscopes and catheters. This compact module measures just 2.6 x 1.6 mm and delivers high-resolution imaging at 800 x 800 pixels with a frame rate of up to 60 fps, or at 400 x 400 pixels at 90 fps. It is powered by OmniVision’s PureCel®Plus-S stacked pixel technology, ensuring high sensitivity, minimal noise, and superior image quality even in low-light conditions.

mCam101

mCam101 features a maximum resolution of 1000×1000, utilizing a high-performance 1.4µm BSI pixel design. It adopts an innovative architecture to support high frame rates.
